This was an easy way to mirror the display with an HP Chromebook. After the first connection, the display expanded the desktop so that the usable area was doubled. I played around with the settings and it gave me a full range of options for using the external display. The display was crisp and clear and also had the option to adjust the resolution. The flexible cable is covered with a durable fabric jacket. The connectors fit perfectly into the USB-C and HDMI ports and stay in place. This is a high quality cable that will see a lot of use now that there are so many devices with USB-C connectors. I also tried it on my old Pixel, but this phone may not have supported an external display via USB Option C.
