When purchasing a card of this kind (or similar in characteristics) in a store, you should always clearly understand why it is being bought, what is required of it, and most importantly, whether it will match. I bought it for myself to replace a very old Asus GeForce 210 (32bit / 512mb) in order to be able to: 1) Without brakes, "walk" on Google / maps / panoramas 2) Calmly engage in simple image processing in Photoshop CS5 (you can even glue small panoramas) 3) Edit short videos in Sony Vegas 13 (we are talking about 720p / 1080p 30 - 60 fps) 4) Confidently connect two monitors for work, one of which is 16:9 (1920x1080), and the second is 4:3 (1280x1024) without problems with GPU overheating and other failures 5) Have 2gb of GPU "memory", albeit with a "narrow" bus. 6) Spend up to 5000 on a NEW card. I installed it in an old (2022s) ATX case, in which it was literally "lost", because it is tiny. Works in conjunction with Core-i3 6100, 8Gb DDR4 on Gigabyte GA-H110M motherboard and Gammax 300 tower. So far I'm satisfied with the card, I can't say anything bad - I put it in a working computer according to the "gag" principle. The home GTX1050 Ti, of course, will be more powerful and interesting, faster and "colder", but it has a different cost, and it was bought for completely different tasks. Summary: who does not work professionally with graphics, but βtwirlsβ a little in the evenings in Photoshop, montage videos in his spare time, or, for example, wants to assemble a media (or file) server - buy it, you wonβt lose, because you will get a new one that is normal in all respects a card from the store for little money by modern standards.
