Excellent appearance; tend to poison customers. Avoid if health is important to you.

I bought it about a month ago. It looks great, cooks semi-quickly and is very easy to clean. However, after about 3 weeks I noticed black dots in the water. There is a rubber element on the top of the glass container, which begins to break due to the high temperatures in the water. So of course I removed it. And once removed, boiled water tastes like plastic. It's unmistakable. I've never had a product with so much contamination so quickly. I would happily rate this 5 stars if it didn't poison the customer. To be honest, this seems to be the product that class action lawsuits are made of.
