I bought this for my niece a year ago and I am very happy with the quality. It is soft, but at the same time the materials used have a different texture and shine. which increases the visual appeal. Control is somewhat limited as each finger enters the back of the neck while the hands are controlled by the other two fingers. So you can't really control the mouths to mimic conversation, even if the mouths are flexible. Another gripe is that the jaws look like they hang too low. But overall it's a fantastic product and well worth the price. A very good quality. A doll that is also an aesthetically pleasing stuffed animal.
