First let me point out that this is basically the same as the sticky bandage you put on wounds. I'm 8 months pregnant and my doctor advised me to buy this KT tape so it can bandage my tummy to relieve back pain and that annoying heaviness in the lower abdomen when the baby 'falls'. That. Did. Absolutely. Nothing. It literally felt like old regular duct tape stuck to my stomach 😂😂😂 so funny. It's not waterproof. Maybe I'll try to salvage it and use it as a "chest band" as someone else suggested, most likely just return it. Don't waste your time or money.
