OMG THIS IS AWESOME! I was hesitant to order due to the bad reviews but its versatility made me decide to take a chance as the backpack works great. I wear it low and my naturally padded seat supports it. Instead of a car seat belt, I attached an old shoulder strap to wear around my waist. The shoulder straps are well padded but seat belt pads are added for extra cushioning as the tractor works great. I put a cozy blanket down and my small dogs should lie comfortably there. The wheels also work great on carpeted floors. I'm 5ft 4in and it was perfect. With the shoulder strap, I close the shoulder straps and hold them tight while putting them on - the shoulder strap is momentarily comfortable for me, but rather little useable - the car seat option is very good and can become very comfortable - harnesses are comfortable. I used one to hold an insert that seals at the back so my small dog doesn't ride against the handle. The other is great for keeping them securely in place - the top handle is very well fitted and very easy to carry but also a good place to tuck the shoulder straps - the pockets are quite roomy and practical. The zips felt solid, well made, with adequate ventilation and visibility. I chose sage because it was the cheapest option and the color is beautiful and stylish. My little girl is a toy schnauzer weighing about 12 pounds and perfect for lying down with the extension zippers undone. It feels like it could easily handle another 8 pounds. Not sure if my back can handle it but will update if anything happens but I am a very happy wearer at the moment and my little angel loves it too. Oh my god it's a great carrier
