GearOZ promises to sell high-quality outdoor equipment, yet their items have seriously let me down. My purchases from this company, which included a camping stove and a pair of hiking boots, were of very poor quality. Along with the merchandise falling short of expectations, GearOZ's customer service was also subpar. They weren't receptive or concerned when I tried to talk to them about my problems. GearOZ falls short when compared to other outdoor supply shops who put quality and client satisfaction first. Beware of being duped by their extensive product selection or flashy website; their goods are just not worth the cost, and their customer service is appalling.
