I'm strict when it comes to headphones. Workouts, outdoor work, kids, pets. Always on the move. They eat twine. They usually break. This product worked great until 5 months after purchase the jack shorted out. I contacted the company to see if this was covered under warranty. But I'll come back to that a little later. A week after purchasing this product, I received an email. The company wanted me to know that if I ever have questions about this or any other Zipbuds product, they welcome my correspondence. I decided to check it out. I asked why they don't have a volume control. They replied within 24 hours that they were working on a wireless product with volume control but had no plans to release a wired model with such a feature yet. No problem. I just tested anyway. It's been two months, the product works great. But then one of the cords got twisted and didn't close properly. I've been trying to fix it for two days. Do not go. So I emailed the company with a picture of the problem. After 4 hours they responded with a solution. They also said they would replace the product if that didn't solve the problem. Of course the solution worked and all was right with the world. Until the jack came off. I emailed and explained the problem and asked if it was covered under warranty. Within 12 hours they replied that it was and that once they received the damaged product they would send a new one for free. And they did. I say this because everyone has a story where a company has scammed them because of the fine print. So that a company cares about its customers? solid products. AMAZING customer service. What else needs to be said?
