I was looking into this led kit. For over a year it has been draining and killing my battery (every time it is plugged in). The only way I can get it to not kill my battery is to remove the seat, turn off the main fuse and then disconnect the unit from the motorcycle battery, defeating the purpose of having it. Current continues to flow between the batteries even after the bike is turned off, causing it to discharge. It would make sense to put a switch on a ground wire that would completely isolate the device from power, but you could just buy one that has a switch for that. I removed this device from my bike and it was destroyed! Waste of my hard earned money!
