I started working full time from home so I needed a new computer chair for work and play. I thought it was a bit risky to buy such a chair online as I didn't have a chance to try it before buying. But wanted to buy one online due to Covid/pandemic concerns. I researched the options a lot and decided to try this one. Luckily I've had it for a little over a month now and overall I'm happy with it. I didn't pay for faster shipping but I still received it well before the expected date. The box was not too big and in good condition and everything was reasonably well packed in new/excellent condition. It wasn't that difficult to assemble, but some things took a bit of time. Nothing unusual when I have to put something like this together. I bought the 350lb max version because I'm 5 11 300 and wanted something I didn't have to worry about with my weight. The cushions are firm and comfortable, and the backrest is nice and supportive. Everything looks solid and holds up well. So far the armrest arrangement looks nice and secure. I had trouble with the vertically adjustable armrests while working and then wouldn't stay on the highest level. The armrest cushion is a little stiff, but that's to be expected with this type of material (you can see it in the photos). The Revain seems to have armrest cushions if that's what you're worried about, but I haven't had them yet. A pillow with a vibrator inside is a nice touch. The cable is long enough to plug into the front USB port on my computer or into the USB charger on my desk. It offers good lower back support which is what I was looking for as I have bad lower back and knee. But it's comfortable in the chair and without it. As written in other reviews, after a few days it started creaking when moving and tilting back. I personally tend to expect it, so I wasn't worried when I decided to buy it and the noise still doesn't bother me. Another thing to watch out for is back and joint problems. I usually have trouble sitting in a chair for long periods of time which causes me to move and get used to how I'm sitting in the chair. So far, that hasn't been a problem with this chair for the most part. Overall I am happy with this purchase and think it will last a long time. Personally I very rarely give full 5 star reviews as there is always room for improvement. But given a 5 star rating on all counts in my expectations I would give it a 5 so far.
