Keeps my chain clean and lubricated. I usually reapply after 40-60 miles of road/tarmac cycling. Shifts are smooth and the chain is quiet.
- Cleans and lubricates at the same time - Rock 'n' Roll Lubricant cleans and lubricates at the same time. Drive in top gear and reverse pedal. Drop onto the front sprocket or sprocket from above. Erase the excess. Move ahead to the small ring to clear the big ring. Swipe until the chain shines. You can leave right away, but it's best to let the excess evaporate for a few hours or overnight.
