Too loose for Apple Watch functions

could accurately track steps or monitor heart rate. I wanted to love them because they were comfortable but the watch dangled and slipped on my wrist. I don't have tiny wrists, just medium sized. Unfortunately I can't use it as I wear my Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate and steps during exercise. I went back to the Apple Sport Band I was wearing.
