The team at commercial manged it service are very friendly & knowledgeable which makes working there easy! They have always been able to solve any issues I've had quickly or provide advice about new software/hardware that will help me in my job role - they're also really good value too!! Nothing so far but would like more training opportunities offered by them (aside from their regular workshops).

If you need someone who's going above an beyond then this could be your solution if using outsource providers isn't what works best within budget constraints etc..
