I have used other finger splints but none have been as effective as this one. I use it on my right index finger which has been damaged from RA. I'm right handed so should be comfortable. This one is very well made and comfortable. Thick enough to stabilize my finger but not so thick that I lose all flexibility. When I sleep I only use the finger cuff for extra comfort. It stretches out so much that I barely notice it's there, but not so much that I lose any degree of stabilization. The set includes two hoops and two cuffs, making it excellent value for money.
