I bought my first product from the ZAGG booth at my local mall over a year ago, paid $50 and got two $10 replacements after dropping my phone a few times. So I know ZAGG Crve Elite. Now that malls are closed due to COVID-19 and I smashed my phone and busted my screen protector I had to order this online. This product that was sent to me is a scam. It's not an elite model, it doesn't cover the entire screen of my Note 9 and it doesn't have black borders like the image in the ad. Too bad I didn't check the hook, I got too excited and installed it, but I immediately noticed the flaws, didn't feel like glass, the screen wasn't fully closed, and my screen wasn't touch sensitive anymore, I did had to press It was very difficult to get an answer which made me suspect it might be a counterfeit product. I don't have 20 dollars.
