Bad product for the price you pay

I've bought 3 already and they all broke after a few weeks and they claim to have a lifetime warranty but then charge you $10 for that one Shipment.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

Very strong screen protection

We always put Zagg on our phones. They are very strong. If you are not used to putting them on I would definitely go to a phone shop that can do this for you. Fluff and dirt stick very easily when you try to put it on.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Breaks very easily

I have never broken a smartphone screen in 15 years. I've never dropped my phone either. It is treated like gold. It cracked right in the middle and on both sides of the fuselage. I can't even figure out how. The case is Otterbox, but the screen cover is a lot of money to smash it like that.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Damaged

False advertising

I bought my first product from the ZAGG booth at my local mall over a year ago, paid $50 and got two $10 replacements after dropping my phone a few times. So I know ZAGG Crve Elite. Now that malls are closed due to COVID-19 and I smashed my phone and busted my screen protector I had to order this online. This product that was sent to me is a scam. It's not an elite model, it doesn't cover the entire screen of my Note 9 and it doesn't have black borders like the image in the ad. Too bad I didn't

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Almost OK

Bought 2 and both of them don't work.

I have been in the mobile industry for 2 decades now. I've put more screen protectors on my screen than kids in hospitals (okay, maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea). I have also installed hundreds if not thousands of ZAGG Invishields. I don't know what's wrong with them, but they're complete garbage. Glue doesn't stick. One had no glue around the edge, so one side of the screen protector wasn't glued properly. The second had spots where the glue wouldn't stick, and no amount…

  • Great product
Cons
  • Bad experience

Too Many Screen Protector Issues

I have used several types of Zagg glass screen protectors on a Note 9 with a curved screen. This one, the elite of the glass curve, was nothing but trouble. It was very difficult to stick the protective film on the screen without any bubbles. I finally put it on and everything seemed fine, but after a while the protection started blistering and stopped sticking to the phone. I popped the blisters only for them to come back or show up elsewhere and it only got worse. The protector just wouldn't…

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Update: Downgraded to 2 stars as I noticed the screen protector doesn't cover the full width and height of the screen. In addition to the black bezels on the glass, this means you lose screen real estate when installing! What good is a screen protector if it covers part of the screen? ZAGG needs to know the specs of the phone it's intended for, there's no excuse why they made the screen protector undersized and added a black border on top of that. Installation was also easier than I expected…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not bad

Two Zagg screen protectors ripped within months of installation

I bought my S9 Note in November 2018. As usual, I bought an Otter Box Defender phone case. I've been using these cases since 2000. When I bought the Otter Box, I noticed that the screen protector wasn't included. When I asked Sprint Tech, they said that cases no longer come with screen protectors and that Zagg's screen protector is the latest technology. Sprint put a Zagg screen protector on my S9 Note before I left the store. It looked great. However, within two months the protective film on…

  • Solid surface

Long and difficult way. But INCREDIBLE RESULTS!

Wow! RESULTS! I bought the Elite with full glue for $49.99 when the Note 9 was new. I have also purchased other tempered glass screen protectors, some are full adhesive and some are for the edges only. Fully adhered screen protectors (multiple brands) never fully adhered, and curved edges were ALWAYS an issue. Edge-only glue guards generally worked better, my favorite being from Tech Armor. However, there are disadvantages of edge-only adhesive protectors, the main reason is that the glass is…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
