Review on simptech by Curtis Castillo

As a Product Manager, I find Simptech to be completely lacking. Even though they have a wide variety of products, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The mattresses and kitchenware I ordered were of poor quality and fell short of my expectations. The company's supposedly signature products—bed pillows and positioners—were useless. Not only did they fail to offer the advertised assistance, but they were also quite uncomfortable. I had a terrible night of sleep since I couldn't stop tossing and turning. Poor service to customers was also present. The customer service agents I interacted with were uninformed and uninterested in assisting me. They couldn't help me because they didn't know enough about the subject. The delivery process was a total failure, making things much worse. The things I ordered were delivered late and damaged because they weren't adequately packaged. In sum, if you're in the market for high-quality household necessities, I wouldn't suggest Simptech. They provide poor quality goods, have unreliable customer support, and a chaotic shipping procedure. Do not waste your time here; go somewhere else.
