I like a larger stone/crystal

I like a larger stone/crystal. The little one is practically useless as it doesn't stand out and can also fall into the hole in the nose. I had a hard time finding a nosepiece with a long enough stem, this one said it was around 7mm which is correct. This is ONLY the right length, wish it was a little longer. The reason for only 3 runs is that the smaller 2mm gem is wasteful because I can't use it but I paid for it.
