I bought this bathrobe for my husband as a Christmas present. I opened it up and put it on right away. After putting it on, he kept commenting that it felt the same as it did when we finally had to retire (a few years ago). It's soft but not too fluffy. It's lightweight but can also hold the warmth you want to keep. Overall this is a great purchase and now I know where to get replacements when this inevitably wears out.
