I have seen many nurses wear this style and I have found it useful. I just didn't think I would be so dependent on them. They fit me very well because I have very small ears and the masks never stayed on my ears. The side buttons solved this problem. I have another problem, I have a bald spot on the left side of my head due to radiation after brain surgery. These headbands are great for hiding bald heads! All colors are so pretty that I can combine them with my outfit.
