This lock has been used once. This continued throughout the first leg of the journey. Transport security opened the lock on the second leg, as indicated by the red button and note left, but closed the clamp on the outside of the body. They (and I) couldn't undo the hanger so they just tossed it in a bag and left the zippers unlocked. I also couldn't open it anymore even when I tried to do a combined reset. So it looks like if the shackle falls out of the body while the TSA is opening it, the lock becomes completely useless. Two stars as the other lock appears to work, but this appears to be an issue that should have been addressed during the design phase.
