I really like this lock

I really like this lock. I've broken down the pros and cons here: Pros: 1) Locks seem really strong. They are made of metal and not plastic, so they are much stronger than other locks. 2) Popup Ad is a useful feature that lets you know when you've been checked out. 3) The dials are easy to read. 4) The packaging they come in is strong with clear instructions. Cons: 1) They only use three digits. I would prefer a four digit lock. Overall, I highly recommend these castles.

Major design flaw Luggage and travel gear

This lock has been used once. This continued throughout the first leg of the journey. Transport security opened the lock on the second leg, as indicated by the red button and note left, but closed the clamp on the outside of the body. They (and I) couldn't undo the hanger so they just tossed it in a bag and left the zippers unlocked. I also couldn't open it anymore even when I tried to do a combined reset. So it looks like if the shackle falls out of the body while the TSA is opening it, the…

Locks will not stick and will not open - do not buy these locks.

These locks looked beautiful, but they are horribly awful. Please buy other locks. We were not in London on our honeymoon and the lock stopped working while it was attached to our luggage. We had to unzip our new luggage because the lock no longer worked. When he arrives he will give you instructions on how to set up the combination. We have both set to the same combination. We tested them about 5 times and then attached them to our luggage. We opened them once in London and they are open…

I spent $30 for 4 packs of this lock. .

I spent $30 on a 4 pack of this lock. So it's not cheap. On my most recent trip I found that two of the locks from TSA were open (red pin popped out) and the locks wouldn't lock back. I've tried both the combination I installed and the original factory default of 000. Both didn't work. I have the same code for all 4 locks and have used it a few times so I can't forget it. Since the locks come with a lifetime guarantee, I tried checking the FORGE website on how to apply for a guarantee. There is
