were damaged. I originally gave them 5 stars. After less than 10 hours of use over several weeks, the quality dropped and voice calls lost their clarity. After less than 20 hours of operation they stopped working; it happened while listening to music. They were fully charged and died in about 20 minutes. No recharging got them running again. They don't even turn on.
