My kids lost their gloves and we were in a big snow storm and we were in desperate need of new waterproof winter gloves. Didn't want to spend a lot of money as it's the end of winter and we'll probably only be using them for a month. It arrived quickly and kept all hands warm and dry while playing in the snow, which is what I wanted. When children go out to play, they are usually in their 20s and 30s and doing well. These gloves run a bit small - I'm the largest (I think 12-14) and they fit my 8, 11 and 13 year olds, but older kids have to push/stretch to put them on. This is a minor inconvenience and they had a lot of fun in the snow. Perhaps it will come in handy for the first cold spring rains.
