When I ordered this product I was particularly interested that it was hypoallergenic. We have a lot of people in our family with allergies and our extended family has allergies too so it's nice to have pillows for both the kids room and the guest rooms. As you can see in the video my teenager is used to the memory foam pillow. She said the pillows weren't firm enough, but that's her habit. My son loved it and he uses them now. Pillows are exactly as advertised. If you let them decompress within 24 hours they will become a good sized pillow. I am very happy with them. Update: A few days after I tried it, my daughter, who didn't like the pillow at first, said to me, "Now I like it! It's like putting your head on a cloud." ha ha!
