I just received this hydration pack, I'm training for a marathon and also doing sparring, this pack is perfect! Pros: - It has mesh for airflow, great when you sweat! - pack fits a 2L hydration pack - fits 2 small water bottles in front - if you don't want to put water bottles on, this is perfect for sticky goo, snacks or a cell phone - has two adjustable clips that go around the front of the chest, what prevents the backpack from slipping off your shoulders - adjustable straps - I love that they have 3 different options to buy this backpack depending on your needs which is amazing - a zipper inside Front on the strap where you put valuables can stow away, that's where I put my car keys in. Cons: I haven't found any cons yet! As you can see, you can't go wrong with this hydrator.
