I'm not a professional and I don't work in a bike shop. I'm just a dad servicing 4 bikes for my family. So far I've used this tool to update the bottom brackets of two bikes. which are already paying off. Save some money and do it yourself. In terms of quality, it's pretty good for what you pay. The only downside is that you make sure to wrap it in something so your palm doesn't hurt when you push or pull on it.
