It's super easy for our team at Huddle HQ, using aftersell has allowed us all over time zone boundaries! I love how fast we can respond back from clients who contact via this platform vs email or phone calls - it means that they get their questions answered almost instantly versus waiting days until reaching one of my colleagues (not ideal!).
The reporting feature could be improved as well but overall really happy so far in terms of use case adoption by client side too. We have noticed an increase in response rate which helps improve customer satisfaction across channels such sales people are able answer more quickly rather than having to wait longer before responding due issues like holidays etc..
