Basically, if you have a plush long bath robe, just turn it around and put it on, remove the belt. The back being open is not a good design as it is always falling off your shoulders, but again - it is exactly as it looks and is described. Very soft, beautiful color - and although it's warm, it's very light. Certainly worth $20.
