1st one the stylus holder unraveled. I was told I had not registered it. I have the date I registered it. Because they insistedI had not registered it they told me they would replace it one time only. 2nd one, no order #. Won't close properly to shut off. Battery runs out. But now I'm stuck. Would not buy again! May 3, 2017. The company contacted me. They found my registration. To make a long story short, they agreed to replace the second defective case. I've been waiting. I'm no longer expecting it to come. Sad.3/11/17 Snugg found my first registration and customer service has replied to me because of my review. They sound like they want to make it right. I'm waiting to find out. I like the case, now if I could get one without flaws, that would very nice.
