New to kneeling chairs but I'm a convert

I stumbled across the concept of kneeling chairs after experiencing horrific, aching, non-stop back pain from sitting in an office chair during tax season. I bought an ergonomic keyboard, a mini desktop topper to make sure my desk and chair were the right height, a laptop stand to elevate my laptop even higher to my eye level so I don't have to pinch it, and even a pillow. a pillow tied to the back of my old chair to maintain the natural curve of my back. I took more breaks, stretched throughout the day, did yoga in the morning, afternoon and evening. But none of that helped. My back pain got so bad that I had to take a break for a few days and on one of those days I was in bed all day. Even 2 different masseurs could not take away the back pain. So I scoured the internet for a solution and came across lap chairs. The reviews I saw were either very good or people with bad back pain could sit at the table for a long time again. Or very bad, to claim that it is too hard for the knees. And since these chairs are not necessarily cheap, I chose this chair. Mainly because of the thickest pillows I could find and the back support. And I'm very glad I chose this one for those two reasons. The back brace was very valuable to me as it helped ensure I was sitting up straight. This isn't a wonder chair, you can still slouch if you're not careful. But I definitely sit up a lot longer. The handles on the sides also proved surprisingly helpful when adjusting position. The pillows are very nice and thick. And the material is easy to wash off when it gets dirty. Although sometimes when I kneel for hours I worry about the lifespan of the knee pad and how long it will last. I've had it for a month now and it still inflates to its original size. If more time has passed, I have to update again. After a few hours of sitting, I feel weight and pressure on my knees and legs, so I readjust or sit in a chair differently. Rest one leg, then the other. I even sit on a lap cushion if I'm really enjoying what I'm working on (luckily I work from home so no one can see if it looks weird). After a full day of kneeling, I still get tired and need to go back to my regular office chair for a while. It's best not to get rid of another chair during setup. I doubt anyone can fully adjust to using this chair exclusively. Just like sitting on something for a long time, our bodies need breaks. But overall I LOVE this chair. It's just a more natural way of sitting. I thought it would be very awkward and weird and I didn't know where to put my feet comfortably when I was kneeling as there are no footrests underneath. But from the first moment of assembly, it seemed completely natural. It has helped me A LOT with my back pain and I barely flexed or flexed. I'm glad I chose this particular chair, I don't think any other chair would have been enough to solve my problems. Highly recommended!
