Good grip and comfortable.
I needed elbow brace for arthritis. Customization allows for a variety of support ratings, which are very helpful in bench press. They are comfortable enough to wear throughout your workout. They don't limit reach too much, but when tightly adjusted they offer more support in both the fully extended and retracted positions, like a sling. I even slept in it so my hands wouldn't take painful positions. Hello everything works!
