If you have fleshy hands, do not buy this item. X Large wasn't big enough. As I wore it, the black material on the outside crumbled into microbeads. Very disappointed.

Ordering the same item for the third time. I wear it every time I train. I guess I'm being strict with the gear but the functionality of this item is top notch.

I like McDavid stuff in general. I ended up size X-Large and it's still tight. I need neoprene material as I am allergic to fabric. Would like a slightly larger size.

Bought 2 of these elbow pads in the past, size L. Needed new ones so ordered again L, same brand, style and all. forearm, and since the last purchase my hands have gotten three times smaller. bad size new design.

The quality of the product is excellent, however the size chart is incorrect, we measured the circumference and ordered the correct size, unfortunately it was too small. I liked this case because it also has a ribbon attached to it. However, on the first try you will see a seam going through the curve on the inside of the elbow. The seam feels flat like it's not a problem until you put it on. Less than half an hour after putting it on, the stitching was irritating my arm and rubbing my elbow so much I had to take it off.
