locking bolts jam after a few months. I was a bit sluggish with the key, but that's because it was very sticky when wet. I ride/work my bike in all weather conditions and hope the lock doesn't get so fussy with a bit of water. I live in a swamp in Florida because I cry out loud! Bell was kind enough to send me a new lock after the original broke but I was done with their product so I sold the new lock to someone else. My master lock has been working for 1.5 years and has never let me down. I bought it as a second for extra theft protection (both wheel locks) but I realized it took extra time to lock two wheels and the experience with this lock made me stick with my tried and true Master Lock.
