This is my second bed. I bought the first one a few years ago to put in my van. They are very clear with you when they tell you to air this bed but I was careless with it and it got really badly moldy and I couldn't get the stains out. I threw it away. I just bought another one about 3 months ago and I love it so much. I use a buckwheat hull pillow and honestly this is the best sleep ever. I have spinal issues and the best sleep for me is on firm ground with enough pillows to protect my bones. I am 49 and 245 pounds. Being overweight I recently bought a pedestal bed from Japan and am still waiting for it so that not only can I keep my futon 30cm off the floor but also for better ventilation. i love this bed I just found out that I have to put it out in the sun twice a month to air it out. Lesson learned.
