This is my first headphone, it took me a while to figure it out but now I love it! The sound is great and I love the storage box, I just put it in my bag and go. I'm not techy now but I was able to figure it out so it's very user friendly! The only difference is that I would like to have interchangeable ear pads in the kit, I would prefer softer silicone pads. I'm not sure, but maybe they have them too. Still, I give this product a thumbs up!
