Review on Surveillance Supported Security Recording RLK8 410B2D2 by Adam Vang

I ordered this device because I didn't want to be dependent on WiFi. This device is relatively easy to install if you can run the cables through the walls. I did all this work and the system worked fine for a couple of weeks. The problem I've had since day one: I couldn't access NVR/video recordings from my work. I assume this is due to a firewall issue and I never complain about it. However, if there are warnings and I don't get them at work, what's the use of a security system? After 3-4 months of use, the NVR system would not turn off. I unplugged and plugged it back in, the device started up but shut down again after a few hours. I've tried changing the extension cord, checking the connector, etc., but the problem is either with the power supply or the NVR system. The system doesn't work at all. I spent about $500 and the device worked for 5 months! I wish I had bought a bigger brand who will hopefully do some testing on their product.
