I don't know what to think after almost two months

I use this thing twice a day a month and a half ago. I don't file a bad nail every time I apply oil because I run out of bad nails to file. I'm noticing very minimal results, if any, after almost two months. It should be noted that I have thick fungus on both of my big toes so there is a lot of damage that needs to be fixed. I haven't given up yet, but I'm not overly impressed yet.
