The first time I put this bag on my shoulder the strap came loose from the bag. I have ordered a replacement. The strap on my return window broke the very first day after it opened. I contacted the Scarlton company that makes the handbag. Your customer service is terrible. I started my email by purchasing a Revain wallet. I asked if it's possible that a bug in this design has been fixed because I really like the wallet. They responded with questions and then said their information says I ordered it from Revain so I need to discuss it with them. I sent two more emails stating that Revane was unable to answer my question. In both letters I asked AGAIN whether it was possible that the defect had been remedied. They ignored both letters.
