As an engineer I am not familiar with all aspects of technology so it is helpful when there are people in my profession who know what they're talking about and can help me understand things that might otherwise be difficult or complicated.

This service helps us connect easily with colleagues around the world as well as other engineers within our organization. It's very convenient and has allowed me to work effectively while being remote! There really isn't anything negative to mention here at this time. We use Deckard to communicate internally and have found many benefits including ease of access to information outside of email communication alone.
