I have never had so many warranty claims on a product line. Ye! I ordered 2 bedside tables, matching dresser and headboard. Everyone suffered from different problems. Missing parts, damaged parts, incorrect parts, missing hardware, defective or damaged finishes. Their customer support was very good but it was clear that they were making claims with the manufacturer of the product and there was a time when the wrong replacement was sent for a wrong part received. Finally, after months of calls and emails, the bedroom set is fully assembled and looking very nice. My experience may be unique, but just be prepared.
