Great digital presence and outreach

I like how they are able to create awareness for our product through various social media outlets. They have also been very responsive when it comes to questions or concerns about my account manager, Stephanie. There isn't anything in particular which I dislike. The only thing would be if there were more than one person involved in managing an account since sometimes you need some time apart from each other to really understand what's going on. This allows us to get different perspectives of things happening within their accounts. We're currently trying to reach out to new customers who have never heard of our product or service but do not know where to go to find them.
