I like that it is easy for my team members to use because of its simplicity.
It has helped our office immensely in making sure all employees are using their time efficiently by having them be able to see how many open items there are from each department or what tasks have been completed recently within those departments. The only thing i dislike about this software would be if you dont know exactly where everything was located at your other job sites so when moving jobs again you may find yourself lost as far as knowing which project manager/department head should receive email notifications etc.. This helps us keep track of things we do daily such as emails sent out via Outlook 365, POs generated through PO Manager Pro (POs send directly into accounting), tracking task completion times, projects assigned, etc.
