I like that it is easy enough to use, but not so basic as some of its competitors in terms of features/capabilities. There are many things we can do with this product which other products cannot replicate easily or at all. We have been able to automate our workflows quite well using their reporting capabilities. The ability to add custom fields has helped us track additional data points about jobs being run through out system without having an extra tool installed (like JIRA). This also helps me keep better tabs over my team's time spent working each day since they no longer must manually enter times into another application when logging hours worked per shift during weekly reports! Overall very happy customer experience here - nothing really bad comes up too often. They're always willing listen if there ever something technical arises regarding functionality within NMSS. If your looking to utilize automation where possible then look elsewhere because most others don't offer what these.
