Love them for projects. I've recently started 3D printing lamps throughout my house and these lamp holders make a great addition to any lighting project. Easy to use and the online measurements were accurate enough to allow me to design the key elements of my project before I even received the jigs. An 8-pack is a much more economical way to buy, especially to have a supply on hand for future projects.
