BEWARE TO THOSE WITH NO CARPET

Really liked these frames, however I have hard wood floors and accidentally dropped two of them about 4 feet off the ground within 10 minutes of opening the package. One frame was slightly cracked, while the other one had a few plastic bits fly off with the metal bracket from inside the frame exposed. I was pretty disappointed because I really like the design, and they sell different sizes of the same frame, so I know my varied sized art will match. I figured these were salvageable though, so I'm saving them with the hope to fix them.I continued to hang up the 3 remaining frames, being very careful not to drop any more. However, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND using the pronged hooks they come with. I hammered and hammered away until they looked secure on the wall, but 2 minutes after hanging up my framed art about 6 feet off the ground, the frame fell and absolutely shattered; plastic bits everywhere, huge cracks down the sides of the frames, entire metal brackets exposed, the whole shebang. I had to sweep up all the bits because of the mess it created. Completely unsalvageable.Honestly, pretty annoyed. Firstly, at myself for trusting the pronged hooks when I was initially suspicious and secondly, at the flimsy design of these. My guess is that they wouldn't have broken so badly if I had carpeting or a rug underneath but oh well. Also wanted to say that in all 3 broken frames, the plastic sheet was unscathed, it was just the frames that broke.SO BEWARE TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE CARPET
