I have slight knee problems that make it difficult for me to play sports or even climb stairs. I bought these knee pads to see if they would provide some support. The price for them was so low that I doubted they would work, but I was pleasantly surprised. These work great! They slide on and stretch over my kneecaps and are non-slip and require no fuss to wear. They are lightweight and slightly breathable. They give my knees enough stability so I can train longer because my knees don't hurt. I'm 5ft 6" and wear a size 10/12. I ordered a large size. They're definitely worth a look if you need extra knee support. I wear them not only for training, but also when I travel to places where I plan to hike or walk a lot!
