It works for the first time! I confess I hesitated. I know it says 20 lb limit. but I wasn't sure if it would really hold up. I have a 32 inch Dell monitor that weighs over 18 pounds without the stand. However, it serves its purpose. And even somehow hides the divine amount of cables leading to the monitor. However, it has a few changes. The wish list changes. 1. A 180 degree arm that allows your monitor to swivel from side to side depending on your hand position when it is in the perfect 90. I still wish he had a little more leeway. ... maybe do a 200 degree break point. 2. On the underside of the arm - wish the cable was a little lower. I have power, DVI, HDMI, 2 component USB, USB C and they all just barely fit with 2 cables not held in the internal clip area. If I ever hook up a definitive HDMI to a monitor I'm not quite sure I can reattach the storage/stash cover 3. Small back plate for cable management. the same as in the cable section of the forearm. Again, this is a nice feature and really keeps the cables together. but I'm already making the best of the space dy. I would have liked a little more space here, too. But overall a great hand. Frees up space on the desk and finally brings the monitor to eye level.
