AVLT Power Premium Aluminum Ergonomic Adjustable Review

I ordered 3 of these for our office and they are pretty easy to install, look sturdy and feel and move well too. The only downsides so far are the cable/cable holders and the tension adjustment. The cable holders are plastic and don't look too strong (will update review if/when it breaks). Tension adjustment is a bit fiddly and requires an allen wrench to adjust. It would be a plus to only have one knob on one of these controls. Other than that, it's a pretty cool product considering the price.

This is a solid articulating monitor arm, assembly and setup are fine with us. I have a large wide 34 inch Dell monitor and it holds it up well. The cable management features are also very good. Looks very solid and well made, except for one detail. The nut/bolt that controls the monitor's up/down tilt does not allow it to be secured in the desired location. Tightening the bolt will only pull the nut deeper into the hole shown. The tilt of the monitor depends on the corners of the nut, which will definitely wear and round off, which can cause the monitor to tilt forward. Seems like it should be easy to fix and it was a technical oversight. I'll try the washer and just hope that one day

First impressions are heavy and durable. This holds the 32" Samsung and the 27" Acer. Attaches to the table, the C-clamp is deep enough. The edge of my desk is less than 1 inch so I added a block of wood between the clamp and the desk to prevent the monitor's weight from splitting the desk. Installation was very easy. I used a Vitesse gaming desk clamp. These tables are quite thin so I made up for this by using a piece of wood long enough to support the strength to the right and left of the clamp and table. It works for the first time! I confess I hesitated. I know it says 20 lb limit. but I wasn't sure if it would really hold up.
