I ordered this item and received it on time, but the bracelet had a flaw that prevented it from being worn as in the picture. After we contacted the seller with some photos, they immediately sent a replacement and gift with no need to return the defective item. Polite and quick communication; excellent customer service. In addition, it is packed in a reusable bag in a beautiful metal box. Additional pens included. As for the strap itself; it is soft leather and very comfortable to wear. Because of the softness of the leather, I can just tuck in the extra strap instead of cutting off the buttons. This is convenient for me, but others may disagree. I can see how it can get caught on the inside of some shirts but I haven't had a problem. It's cozy and safe; and holds better than the magnetic clasp on my stainless steel bracelet, which always loosens when I exercise.
